Press Release Results
On January 12th, 2010, Chairman Yearwood published a press release defending himself before the end of an investigation. Due to these actions, the County Commissioners called an emergency meeting and issued the "Barrow Resolution" to censure Mr. Yearwood. The contents of the press release devulged sensitive and confidential information from Executive Committee Meetings. It is also rumored that the press release was in cooperation of a ghost writer.
